Absolut punch
A summer vacation in a highball glass.

Leave your grandparents’ punch bowl in the cupboard; Absolut Punch is as current as ever. Combining Absolut Mandrin with a selection of fruit flavors and zingy garnishes, this is a drink for warm summer days but also winter gatherings, and easy–going evenings.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Absolut Mandrin
- 45 ml Pineapple Juice
- 45 ml Cranberry Juice (sweetened)
- 45 ml Ginger Ale
- 1 Lemon Wheel
- 1 Lime Wheel
- Ice Cubes
What You’ll Need
- Highball Glass
- Jigger (or Measuring Instrument)
- Knife
- Bar Spoon
How to Mix
- Take your highball glass and fill it with ice cubes.
- Use a jigger (or measuring instrument) to measure and pour 45 ml Absolut Mandrin into the glass.
- Measure and add 45 ml of cranberry juice.
- Use the jigger again to measure and add 45 ml of pineapple juice.
- Use a bar spoon to give the drink a good stir.
- Top with approx. 45 ml ginger beer or until your glass is filled to the top.
- Cut a lemon wheel and a lemon while and place them directly into your glass to garnish.
Add a twist
The beauty of punch is that it’s highly adaptable to your tastes.
- While our recipe uses Absolut Mandrin, why not swap Mandarin for Absolut Passionfruit or Absolut Mango?
- Play around with the mixers too. If you’re not a fan of ginger beer, consider lemonade as an alternative for less fire and more zing.
- Don’t be afraid to switch up your garnish. Maraschino cherries pair well with ginger beer and can add some sweetness and color to your punch. You can use other fruits, such as pineapple or passion fruit to add some brightness and flavor to your cocktail.
