- 1 Peach Slice
- Ice Cubes
What You’ll Need
- Jigger
- Knife
- Highball Glass
How to Mix
- Fill a pre-chilled highball glass with ice cubes.
- Use a jigger to measure and pour 30 ml Absolut Peach into the glass.
- Use the jigger again to measure and add 15 ml pineapple liqueur.
- Top up with orange soda (approx. 120 ml).
- Take both an orange and a peach, slice both in half, then cut an orange wheel and a peach slice and place them directly into your glass to garnish.
Add a twist
- Swap Absolut Peach for Absolut Vanilia – our vanilla-flavored vodka – and you’ve got a drink that perfectly marries tropical and citrus flavors with warm and creamy notes. This classic tropical blend of flavors is used in many recipes, from smoothies to desserts, and it works incredibly as a cocktail.
- Take the tropical notes of this drink further by substituting Absolut Peach with Absolut Mango. Mango, pineapple and orange…wow! Garnish with a mango slice for that perfect tropical touch.
- Want to shake up the garnish for your Absolut Peach Dream? Swap the orange wheel and peach slice for one or two pineapple leaves. They’ll add tropical eye candy that mirrors the drink’s pineapple liqueur flavor.
Common questions
Still looking for tips and inspiration for Absolut Peach Dream? We’ll leave you with these common questions.
Absolut Peach adds a bold, juicy note; the pineapple liqueur brings a sweet, tropical twist, and the orange soda ties it all together with a fizzy citrus burst resulting in a cocktail that’s deliciously fruity.
A highball is the ideal glass for this drink as it’s tall enough to accommodate the ice cubes and 120 ml of orange soda. Choosing the right glassware for your drinks is a key part in making cocktails, so be sure to choose to pick glasses that enhance the presentation and drinkability.
Yes, you can. Using pineapple juice instead of pineapple liqueur in this drink would result in a slightly different flavor profile. Pineapple juice is less sweet and more tart compared to pineapple liqueur, which is often syrupy and concentrated. This swap gives the cocktail a refreshing-tasting vibe with natural fruitiness.
If you substitute pineapple liqueur for pineapple juice, we recommend using 45 ml of Absolut Peach instead of 30 ml.
