The Absolut Long Pornstar is a tasty twist on a classic Pornstar Martini, balancing tropical pineapple, tart passion fruit and the distinctive sweetness of Absolut Vanilia vodka.
While it shares a certain attention-grabbing title with its Martini counterpart, it’s slightly longer with a mellower flavor, making it better suited to summer days than party nights.
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 30 ml Absolut Vanilia
- 15 ml Malibu Original
- 90 ml Passion Fruit Juice
- Pineapple Slice
What You’ll Need
- Fine Mesh Strainer
- Jigger (measurement tool)
- Knife
- Boston Shaker
- Hawthorne Strainer
How to Mix
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Use a jigger to measure and add 30 ml Absolut Vanilia, 15 ml Malibu Original, and 90 ml Passion Fruit Juice into the smaller tin of a Boston shaker.
- Seal the shaker and shake your ingredients.
- Open the shaker and place a Hawthorne strainer over the larger tin.
- Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer, together with the Hawthorne strainer, into your highball glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
Add a Twist
The Absolut Long Pornstar is a real crowd-pleaser, but everything deserves a shakeup sometimes.
- For a grapefruit glow-up, swap your pineapple garnish for a grapefruit wedge, and throw in a shot of bitter pink grapefruit juice to the mix. For an upgraded tropical twist, add a dash of coconut water or milk to your shaker to complement the sweet notes of the Malibu.
