Ingredients
- 45 ml Absolut Vodka
- 30 ml Blue Curaçao
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 2 Blueberries
- Ice Cubes
What You’ll Need
- Highball Glass
- Stirrer
- Citrus Press (or Citrus Elbow)
- Jigger (or measuring tool)
- Knife
How to Mix
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Use a jigger to measure and add 45 ml Absolut Vodka into the glass.
- Cut a lime in half and then juice the limes halves using a citrus press or citrus elbow.
- Use the jigger again to measure and add 15 ml lime juice into the glass.
- Pour in 10 ml of simple syrup.
- Stir using a stirrer or bar spoon, then measure and add 30 ml blue curaçao.
- Garnish with a couple of blueberries.
- Cut a lemon in half, then slice a wedge to finish off your drink.
