1. Absolut Watermelon Martini

It’s no secret that Absolut Vodka makes an incredible base for a Martini, but we wondered what would happen if we made one using Absolut Watermelon. Introducing the Absolut Watermelon Martini – a fruitini that’s made for the summer.

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Absolut Watermelon
• 20 ml Simple Syrup
• 4 Watermelon Chunks
• 1 Watermelon Wedge, to garnish

Muddle the watermelon chunks together with simple syrup in a cocktail shaker, then add Absolut Watermelon. Shake with ice, then strain and serve in a Martini glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge to finish, and you’ve got the most sophisticated cocktail of the summer.

2. Absolut Watermelon Fizzy Punch 

The Absolut Watermelon Fizzy Punch combines Absolut Watermelon, freshly blended watermelon juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup, topped with with bubbly soda water and a sprig of mint. It’s an easy cocktail to make – just keep in mind that you’ll need a blender to get started.

• 45 ml Absolut Watermelon
• 3 Chunks Watermelon
• 45 ml Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Simple Syrup
• Mint Leaf
• Soda Water

3.Watermelon Cosmopolitan

A Watermelon Cosmopolitan is exactly what it sounds like – a watermelon take on one of the world’s most beloved cocktails, the Cosmopolitan.

To create this Cosmopolitan variation, we swap Absolut Citron for Absolut Watermelon. Mixed with triple sec, lemon juice, and cranberry juice like the original, it’s a Cosmo but with a big, juicy, summery twist.

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Absolut Watermelon
• 20 ml Triple Sec
• 20 ml Lime Juice
• 20 ml Cranberry Juice
• Lime Twist

4. Watermelon Vodkarita 

If you love a Margarita, you’re going to love this watermelon vodka cocktail.

The Watermelon Vodkarita mixes Absolut Watermelon, fresh watermelon juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of orange liqueur.

Served in a lime-and salt-rimmed rocks glass and garnished with a lime wedge, it delivers all the flavor you’d expect from a Margarita – just without the tequila.

• 15 ml Watermelon Juice
• 12.5 ml Lime Juice
• 12.5 ml Simple Syrup
• 4 ml Orange Liqueur
