How to make a Citrus Martini:

• 30 ml Absolut Citron
• 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15 ml Triple Sec
• 8 ml Simple Syrup

2. Absolut Citron Espresso Martini
In southern Italy, an espresso is traditionally served with a piece of lemon zest – a small detail that changes the whole experience.

How to make a Lemon Drop Shot:

• 20 ml Absolut Citron
• 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 10 ml Simple Syrup
• Caster sugar for the rim
• Lemon wedge to garnish

Rim a shot glass with caster sugar, shake the ingredients with ice, then strain into the glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge on the side.

4. Citron Gimlet

The Gimlet flourished during the golden age of the cocktail and has never left – simple to make, sharp and citrusy.

Traditionally made with gin, the Citron Gimlet swaps in Absolut Citron – fresh lime juice, a hint of lime peel and a touch of simple syrup, shaken and fine strained into a chilled coupe glass.

• 45 ml Absolut Citron
• 22.5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 22.5 ml Simple Syrup
• Lime Twist to garnish
