Below we highlight five of our favorite easy-to-make cocktails made with Absolut Vanilia.
1. Pornstar Martini (aka Passion Star Martini)
It’s impossible to talk about vanilla-flavored vodka cocktails without talking about the Pornstar Martini.
Also known as the Passion Star Martini, this modern classic is bursting with flavors of tart passion fruit, sweet pineapple and smooth Vanilla.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Absolut Vanilia
- 25 ml Passion fruit purée
- 15 ml Vanilla syrup
- Fresh pineapple chunks
- Half a Passion fruit, to garnish
Served with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco on the side to sip in between, the Pornstar Martini is one of the most popular cocktails in the world and one of the most iconic serves for Absolut Vanilia.

2. Strawberry Night
What would happen if you mixed Absolut Vanilia, passion fruit juice, lemon juice, and passion fruit liqueur, and then garnished the drink with fresh strawberries, a pineapple wedge and a vanilla pod? A cocktail so delicious it’ll steal the spotlight at any occasion.
Simultaneously sweet and tart, the Strawberry Night is another great example of Absolut Vanilia’s versatility.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Absolut Vanilia
- 35 ml Passion fruit juice
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml passion fruit liqueur
- 10 ml simple syrup
Here’s how to make it:
- Add 30 ml Absolut Vanilia into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 35 ml passion fruit juice, 20 ml lemon juice, 20 ml passion fruit liqueur and 10 ml simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until perfectly cold.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with 4 fresh strawberries, a pineapple wedge and a vanilla pod. Sip and enjoy!
3. Vanilia Espresso Martini
As if sipping an Espresso Martini wasn’t decadent enough, along comes the Vanilia Espresso Martini.
It follows the same recipe for a classic Espresso Martini but substitutes Absolut Vodka for Absolut Vanilia and garnished with a vanilla pod.
Kahlúa coffee liqueur and vanilla? Yeah, you don’t need us to tell you how good that combination is.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Absolut Vanila
- 25 ml espresso
- 25 ml Kahlúa
- 3 coffee beans, to garnish

4. Absolut Vanilia Mule
The Moscow Mule is an easy to make cocktail, famous all across the world. But with a vanilla-flavored twist, it’s a Moscow Mule like you’ve never had before.
This variation of a Moscow Mule follows the same recipe as the original but uses Absolut Vanilia instead of Absolut Vodka. Take our word, the combination of ginger beer, fresh lime juice and vanilla-flavored vodka works so well together.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Absolut Vanilia
- 15 ml lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge, to garnish
- Sprig of mint, to garnish

5. Apple Pie Shot
You know the saying that great things come in small packages? Well, it holds true for drinks too. The Apple Pie Shot boasts flavors of vanilla, apple, cinnamon and lemon. It’s just like a slice of Grandma’s famous apple pie.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Absolut Vanilia
- 20 ml apple juice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Apple wedge, to garnish
- Ground cinnamon
Here’s how to make an Apple Pie Shot:
- Cut a lemon in half. Rub one half around the rim of a shot glass, then dip the rim into ground cinnamon to coat it.
- Juice the lemon and add 10 ml fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add 10 ml simple syrup.
- Add 20 ml apple juice.
- Add 30 ml Absolut Vanilia.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the outside is frosty.
- Strain the cocktail into the cinnamon-rimmed shot glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
- Garnish with an apple wedge.
