SPICY PIÑA HIGHBALL RECIPE

PINEAPPLE AND SPICE MAKE THE PERFECT PAIR IN THIS TROPICAL HIGHBALL THAT’S SMOOTH, JUICY, AND REFRESHINGLY BOLD

INGREDIENTS:

2 Parts ABSOLUT® TABASCO™
2 Parts Pineapple Juice
½ Part Lime Juice
½ Part Simple Syrup
Club Soda to top
Cayenne-Dusted Pineapple Slice for garnish

HOW TO MIX:

1. Fill a shaker with ABSOLUT® TABASCO™, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Serve in a Collins glass over ice.
4. Top with club soda and stir gently.
5. Garnish with a cayenne-dusted pineapple slice.
