Absolut UK #BornToMix VIP ticket giveaway for Second Skin Couture launch event at BOXPARK Shoreditch on 11th May

  1. The promotion is open to UK, residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Pernod Ricard UK and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Excludes residents of the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. 
  2. The promotional period commences on Wednesday 20th April 2022 at 00:00 BST and closes on Wednesday 4th May 2022 at 23:59 BST (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid.
  3. To enter, entrants must fill in their name, date of birth and email address as directed on https://www.absolut.com/uk/borntomix/. Entrants will then be added into prize draw, where winners will be selected at random.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotional Period and only the first entry per person will be valid. Additional entries will be disqualified.
  5. There are 15 prizes to be won during the Promotional Period and can be won by 15 people only. Each prize consists of: 4 VIP tickets to the Absolut Second Skin Couture launch event at BOXPARK Shoreditch, 2-10 Bethnal Green Rd, London E1 6GY on 11th May 2022 from 7pm.
  6. ID will be required upon entry to BOXPARK Shoreditch.  All entrants must be over age of 18.
    Winners are responsible for own travel to and from BOXPARK Shoreditch. Prize excludes accommodation and any other costs incurred as a result of claiming the prize.
  7. 15 entries selected at random from all valid entries at the end of the Promotional Period shall win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered.
  8. The winner will be notified by the absolut.uk@pernod-ricard.com email to the address used by the winner to make the entry within 72 hours of the end of the Promotional Period. Participants are encouraged to check their ‘Junk Mail’ and ‘Spam’ folders in case the email regarding them winning does not go into the main email ‘Inbox’ immediately.
  9. If the prize goes unclaimed or the winner is unable to redeem the prize, the prize will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with these terms or not to make further offers of the prize.
  10. The winner(s)’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Absolut UK Marketing Team, Pernod Ricard UK, Building 7 Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
  11. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative. In the unlikely event of one the prizes not being available the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative or equal or similar value.
  12. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold the promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
  13. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners (“the Indemnitees”) harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter’s use of the entrant’s submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.
  14. No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.
  15. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated (including, but not limited to, those generated by computer, application, or any type of software) or otherwise outside the instructions or spirit of the promotion will be valid. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules will be valid.
  16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  17. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification.
  19. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  20. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  The Promoter’s privacy policy is available here: Absolut Vodka - Privacy policy.
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up or use of the prize except where it is caused by the direct negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected. Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, nor any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity.
  22. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules. In the event of any discussion, the decision from the Promoter is final. The Prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part.
  23. The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. Winners agree that any intellectual property in assets created by or on behalf of the Promoter in respect of such publicity shall vest in the Promoter and the winners waive any moral or any other rights in such assets and/or shall transfer rights to the Promoter, as the Promoter determines in its sole discretion.

  25. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
