Terms and Conditions for Absolut Tomorrowland Ticket Giveaway 2025 (the “Promotion”)
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Promoter and Data Controller: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG. Please do not send entries to this address.
2. Delivery of the Prizes will be managed Element London Limited (“Element”), on behalf of the Promoter. Element’s registered address is Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, NN13 5RN.
3. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies (including Element) and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
4. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 00:01 on 17th June 2025 and close at 23:59 on 25th June 2025.
5. Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must sign up to our Absolut UK mailing list via the URL on our www.absolut.com/en-gb/tomorrowland-giveaway-2025 site or via the sign up form hosted from our Absolut UK Instagram or Facebook page.
6. Prizes:
a. There is one prize to be won during the Promotional Period. The Prize is:
i. Two (2) Tomorrowland Belgium Full Madness Comfort Passes Full Weekend 25th – 27th July
ii. Return Eurostar travel from London or return flights major UK airports to Brussels, Belgium
iii. 4 nights’ hotel stay in a double room (min 3-star) in Brussels 24th July – 28th July 2025, with breakfast included
iv. Daily shuttle transfers from the hotel to the festival in Boom (subject to availability)
b. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include any expenses relating to food and drink at the festival. In addition, the Promoter shall not be held responsible if, for whatever reason, entry to the festival by the Winner and their companion is denied by the festival security team.
c. Please refer to the Tomorrowland Ts&Cs which shall apply to the tickets.
7. Winner selection:
a. One (1) Winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter at or shortly after 12:00 hrs on 26th June 2025. A member of Element’s verification team will then contact the Winner via email in to verify their age of themselves and their plus 1 via government ID as well as obtain delivery information. The Winner’s plus 1 must be at least 18 years old as of the start date of this Promotion.
b. The Winner shall have a period of 48 hours in order to reply to any emails from the Promoter or Element in order to claim the Prize. Should a Winner fail to reply within this 48 hour period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the Prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative Winner using the same process as was used to select the original Winner.
c. The Promoter may provide the Winner and the Winner’s companion’s name to Tomorrowland Festival. Both individuals must bring photographic ID to the festival in order to verify that they are the named ticket holders (their names will be printed on tickets). The tickets are strictly non-transferrable and no cash or date alternative is available.
8. Additional terms relating to the Prize
a. In the event of any travel disruptions, including but not limited to the cancellation or rescheduling of flights, or if a companion is removed, no alternative tickets will be issued. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for arranging alternative transportation or covering any additional costs incurred. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to make alternative arrangements and bear any associated costs in such circumstances. The Promoter recommends that the Winner obtains adequate travel insurance to cover these sorts of events.
b. The Winner and the companion are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to Tomorrowland, at their own expense. The Winner and their companion must obtain travel insurance and any required vaccinations, health certificates, visas, and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.
c. Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room. Accommodation will be selected by the Promoter at their sole discretion. The Winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
d. Flights / trains will be selected by the Promoter and not all routings will be available. Travel arrangements (including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking) to and from the Winner or the companion’s home and the UK departure airport / train station do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion. The Promoter will cover the taxes and fees associated with the flights / trains, as well as one checked luggage item per person.
9. General:
e. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entrants are not permitted to create multiple email address accounts for the purpose of the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique email address will be accepted per person, and a person can use this email address to enter only once. Any entrant using multiple email address to enter the Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. An email address can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household.
f. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
g. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
h. Incomplete entries/claims or those not in accordance with the entry/claim instructions will not be accepted.
i. Winner’s surname and county will be made available upon request. Full name and county will be made available to the ASA or any other competent body upon request.
j. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents (including Element) assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the promotion, the acceptance of the Prize, and any acts or omissions of the companion or Winner.
k. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter (including the cancellation of the festival for any reason), or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
l. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
m. The Promoter and Element reserve the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 48 hours) and to refuse to award the Prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
n. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. The entrant acknowledges that neither Instagram or Facebook accept any liability whatsoever for any damages which may be incurred as a result of entry into this Promotion. Entrants must adhere to the terms and conditions of use of Instagram.
o. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law that the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the promotion, entry into the Promotion, the acceptance of the prizes, and any acts or omissions of the winner and any companions.
p. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
9. Data protection and your rights
a. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter, which is also the Data Controller, and to Element (which is a processor), for the purposes of the administration of this promotion.
b. Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a database by: (i) the Promoter for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion and fulfilment of the Prize only (the Promoter’s privacy policy is available here: https://www.absolut.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy/); and (ii) Element for the purpose of administering the Prizes (Element’s privacy policy is available here: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by the Promoter and Element for these purposes. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing [email protected] (in the case of the Promoter) or [email protected] (in the case of Element). If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself.
c. Your personal data will be used in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
d. Entrants can request access to their personal data, or have their personal data corrected, by contacting [email protected] (in the case of the Promoter) or [email protected] (in the case of Element).
e. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the Prizes being administered.
