House of Absolut presents: Rainbow Routes
Rainbow Routes will traverse the streets of Sydney, taking riders on a journey through Sydney’s queer history, from parties and marches, to places and moments.
Featuring live entertainment from renowned queer performers – both onboard and enroute – Rainbow Routes is set to travel through time from ‘78 to today with guided curation by Kat Dopper of Heaps Gay and Summer Camp.
House of Absolut and The Alex Merivale presents: House of Homes
In celebration of the original chosen families – Ballroom Houses – Merivale’s The Alex will become the House of Home this WorldPride.
Absolut and Merivale have enlisted Xander Khoury – Father of the House of Silky – to curate and transform the upstairs of the beloved community pub into an immersive and educational “museum” and hub in homage to Ballroom in Australia.
House of Homes will be open to the public, with free entry from February 22 to March 5.
