The Fiery Mule
1 part Absolut Peppar
3 parts ginger beer
1 dash fresh lime juice
1 red chilli pepper
How to mix: Pour all ingredients into a mule cup filled with ice cubes and garnish with a red chilli.
The Ruby Mule
2 parts Absolut Ruby Red
1 part lime juice
1 lime wedge
How to mix: Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes before adding Absolut Ruby red and lime juice. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with lime.
