Absolut Peppar

Absolut Peppar was launched in 1986, seven years after Absolut Vodka. Besides being the first flavored vodka in the family, it was also the first flavored vodka in the world. So why pepper? Since vodka and pepper is the main ingredients in a Bloody Mary, it seemed like a good idea to make things easier for the many Bloody Mary bars popping up in Boston, New York and elsewhere at the time. The idea soon turned out as intended, both for bartenders who could now make Instant Bloody Marys, and for all the fans of the drink.

Absolut Peppar Bloody Mary

  1. 2 parts Absolut Peppar
  2. 4 parts tomato juice
  3. ¼ part fresh squeezed lemon juice
  4. ¼ part Worcestershire Sauce
  5. 3 dashes hot sauce
  6. Pinch black pepper
  7. Celery stick
  8. Lemon wedge

Build in highball glass over
cubed ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

  1. 1 part Absolut Peppar
  2. 3 parts tomato juice
  3. Lemon wedge

Build in highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Absolut Peppar Pineapple Martini

Absolut Peppar Pineapple Martini

  1. 2 parts Absolut Peppar
  2. ½ part sugar syrup
  3. Pineapple wedge

Muddle pineapple with sugar
syrup and shake with all ingredients. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
